Return/Refund/Shipping Policies

Thanks so much for your support and we hope that you’re thrilled with your recent purchase! But in the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied with your product (for any reason), please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do our very best to resolve the issue quickly, and will happily accept returns/exchanges if the following conditions are met.

Please make sure to contact us prior to returning any items to see how the problem can best be resolved.

Please contact us withing 5 days of delivery with your concerns.

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. (Clothing must be un-worn and unwashed.)

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless Follow Us Home bears the responsibility of selling a defective item.

Many of our products are handmade goods, so each item may vary slightly or have small imperfections. This is the nature of handcrafted goods and does not make it eligible for return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition, we will process your return/exchange as has been previously decided. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Exchanges will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless Follow Us Home bears the responsibility of selling a defective item.

Shipping policies

Your purchase will ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive notification upon shipping.

International orders will also ship within 1-2 business days, however, package delivery may vary depending on customs delay. International customers are responsible for fees and customs.

Please double check that your delivery address is current and up-to-date! If you find that there’s been an error, please let us know before your package has shipped. If the package is returned to us, we may require that you cover the shipping charge to mail it to the correct address.

Follow Us Home cannot be responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation.
