When you spend several hours in the kitchen daily, it’s nice to have a quality countertop to look at and work on. But what’s equally important in our home is having one that the environment also appreciates. If you were to ask me what my favorite time of day was, I’d probably say sitting down in the afternoon to knit while I watch an episode of The Waltons.
